Welcome to EZADS PTP. By accessing our platform, registering an account, purchasing advertising, or participating in our Pay-To-Promote (PTP) and surf networks, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old or reach the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
  • Members are strictly allowed one account per person, household, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotion bonuses or faucet/surf systems will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

2. Prohibited Traffic & Anti-Fraud Rules

We maintain zero tolerance for invalid, non-human, or malicious activity across our network.

Warning: Accounts detected sending fake, bot, proxy, VPN, automated script, or iframe-looping traffic will be permanently suspended, and all pending earnings will be forfeited.

Publishers and promoters must NOT generate views using:

  • Automated traffic bots, auto-refreshers, headless browsers, or PTC scripts.
  • Datacenter proxies, TOR nodes, or VPN masks.
  • Deceptive tactics, force-clicking, hidden frames, or pop-under cascades that violate browser safety policies.

3. Advertiser Rules & Ad Guidelines

Advertisers may submit landing pages, promotional URLs, and campaign materials subject to review.

  • Campaign URLs must not contain malware, phishing scripts, cryptominers, adult content, hate speech, or illegal material.
  • Frame-breaking scripts or auto-downloading payloads on landing pages are strictly prohibited.
  • All ad campaign sales are final once campaign credits are consumed. Unused deposit balances remain in your advertiser account balance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

  • Deposits: Payments made via FaucetPay, cryptocurrency, or manual methods are recorded in USD equivalent. Manual deposits require administrative verification prior to account credit.
  • Minimum Payouts: Members may request withdrawals once their publisher balance reaches the minimum threshold ($0.50 USD).
  • Processing Times: Payout requests are verified by our system and processed within 24 to 72 hours. We reserve the right to audit traffic quality prior to releasing funds.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we detect a breach of these Terms. Upon termination due to fraud or violation of policy, any accumulated balance or credits shall be forfeited.

6. System Modifications

EZADS PTP reserves the right to adjust CPM rates, tier categories, minimum deposit/payout thresholds, and network policies at any time to preserve network security and financial stability.
